Penney stays calm |
![]() |
Rovers boss Dave Penney refused to panic after seeing his side go down 1-0 to Hartlepool United on Saturday. Penney commented that his side need just one good win to set them on a good winning run. he said:"We just need a goal. One in three is not good enough. We've had enough chances in the first three games, but it's not dropping in the right places at the right times. We dominated the first half and it was an awful time to concede but that's the way it's happening for us at the minute. We didn't make the keeper work hard enough. The quality of our play isn't bad, it's just the end product. The problem is you need wins on the board as quickly as possible. If we were playing badly I'd be worried but we're not." |
